Expert examination documents

For carrying out non-state expert examination of project documentation and (or) engineering survey results you have to prepare and hand over to us documentation package, set forth in the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and in other standard regulations:

1. Application for carrying out non-state inspection (download application for residential, non-residential or linear objects);

2. Form (Attachment 1 to the application) (download form);

3. Project documentation for a capital construction object in accordance with legislative requirements of the Russian Federation, including requirements to the structure and content of documentation sections (download the structure of project documentation).

4. Capital construction plan of ground area that is assignable for the location of a capital construction object.

5. Copy of design specifications.

6. Results of engineering surveys in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Russian Federation (including requirements to the content of specified results).

7. Copy of engineering survey specifications.

8. Original of positive expert examination conclusion for engineering surveys (where available).

9. Documents supporting applicant’s powers to act on behalf of the developer, technical customer (if the applicant isn’t a technical customer and (or) a developer), in that powers to make, change, rescind an expert examination contract must be defined in a special way.

10. Certified copy of the license issued by the self-regulatory organization about allowance of a works executive for an appropriate kind of works to prepare project documentation and (or) engineering surveys.

11. Technical conditions, if functioning of designed capital construction object is impossible without its connection to public engineering networks.

12. Technical conditions at the intersection (parallel routing) of an object with service lines and infrastructure elements, at the location, at the connection and so on.

13. Special technical conditions (if for the project documentation development of a capital construction object there are not enough reliability and safety requirements determined by standard technical documents or such requirements aren’t determined).

14. List of all given project documentation and engineering survey results (download the list form).
